Windows 7 Student Offer Can Not Be Installed

Taiwan media reported that the Windows 7 Student Offer can not be installed, the microsoft corp have admitted this situation and promise to make a full refund for these users in 30 days.

windows 7Microsoft’s new operating system Windows7 released less than a week, hundreds of buyers of  Windows 7 Student Offer edition found it can not install. Microsoft has confirmed this and promise to fully refund.

As Report, the problems occurred at users who bought the Windows 7 Student Offer from Microsoft outsourcer Digital River. For the costing just 29.99 U.S. dollars, it attracted a lot of students to use. However, after several hours opening to download, many user found it could not complete the installation.

Digital River provide a named Win7-P-Retail-en-us-x64.exe and two. Box files, users must be download the .exe for Extracting the .box files.
Microsoft responded  on the Internet that Microsoft and Digital River will be released at any time progress of the investigation.
